About Sedilo

Sedilo (Sardinian: Sèdilo) is a town (comune) in the province of Oristano in the Italian region of Sardinia, located about 110 kilometers (68 miles) north of Cagliari and about 40 kilometers (25 miles) north-east of Oristano.

Sedilo borders the following municipalities: Aidomaggiore, Bidonì, Dualchi, Ghilarza, Noragugume, Olzai, Ottana, Sorradile.

Among these, the Sanctuary of San Costantino Imperatore, whose main church was built in the 16th century around a pre-existing 6th century church. It is in the Catalan Gothic style.
